Q1: How do I contact you?

Q2: What do I need to do before ordering?

Prior to ordering a marker you will need to contact the cemetery for their regulations. Consumers have the legal right to order a marker from any company they choose, however the cemetery can reject a marker that does not meet their regulations. Be sure to discuss any marker requirements with the cemetery before placing your order.

 

Q3: How do I get a quotation?

You can send us your detailed requirements such as what kind of stone products that you interested in, and their size, stone name or color as well as approximate order quantity to us, and then we will offer you the best price.

 

Q4: Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we can carve 100% based on all designs, sizes and details you want.

For custom orders, these items may also be ordered by calling or emailing us. Please include all specifications,and attach pictures (if needed), include (if applies) your own design that you want to have designed per your specifications. Because our stone products are individually hand-carved, anything can be carved. We understand sometimes the sizes and/or stones we have in current stock may not fit your design or space requirements, custom work is welcomed. Designers and/or custom builders welcome.

 
 

Q5: How do I place an order?

A: Even though the products listed on our web site have detailed specifications such as size and material,many items need to be customized by closely following the specification provided by a customer in order to achieve satisfactory  installation at the customer site. So we strongly encourage our customers to call us once you have made a decision on the style and material of a product.
 
Many times we would like our customer to provide us a detailed drawing of the product you need. This way you won’t find yourself frustrated about, for example, a small error on the width of a product, after waited for weeks for the product to arrive.
By talking to us first about the product you need, we ensure you receive what you want. Once we finalize the product specification, you can proceed with ordering.
 
 

Q6: What payment methods do you accept?

(1) The Best Way: T/T

Go to your local bank. Fill in all the details on to the T/T order form. Please make sure that you have written our account name and account number correctly.

T/T the Grand Total amount and pay for all bank charges (extra 8.5USD). We will not ship out the goods if we have received less money than the amount stated on the ’Grand Total’ (usually due to the purchaser who had not pay for the receiver’s T/T charges). Send an email to us telling the payment sender name. A scanned copy of the bank slip is preferred.

(2) Paypal 

With PayPal, you can send payment quickly and securely online. Through PayPal, you can pay with a credit card, debit card, or bank account balance. Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you could make the payment.

Q7: Are there any special care instructions I need to follow?

 
For Marble is softer and more porous then granite. Marble is a good choice in kitchens and bathrooms. When polished and sealed it repels soap scum. It is easy to clean and adds elegance and beauty in any application. In general, a farm sink made by marble does not stain because marble has very little porosity. Most colors will never show any moisture.
 
Also, marble is one of the hardest stones available. It cannot be scratched in ordinary use. Occasionally clean with ordinary window cleaner. There is a variety of products to clean marble readily available at your home improvement store or superstore.
 
For Granite in general, products made in granite does not stain because Granite has very little porosity. Most colors will never show any moisture. Also Granite is one of the hardest stones available. It cannot be scratched in ordinary use. Occasionally clean with ordinary window cleaner. Q8:How do I check on my order statues?

A: If you would like to check the statues of your order, we encourage you to refer to your order confirmation where you will find the lead time for the items you ordered. Please note that the lead times reflected are approximate. Shipping transit times add one to three weeks to your lead time depending on the item shipping method used and destination. 
In general most items ship in 4-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the items, and take approximately 7-14 business days for delivery to you. Once your item have been shipped you will receive an email from us.

Q9: Can I see the production process?

 
A: Yes. We will keep you posted with production photos. We will not pack the products until we get your approval on the final products.   
 

Q10: Shipments?

 

1) Express Delivery (Doorway)

You must evaluate the cargo for heavy sculptures and the cargo should be assessed by case, but this is the shortest shipping method. The delivery time is 4-5 business days (not included on weekends).

2) Airport to Airport

The shipping method is suitable for a large amount of luggage that requires rapid delivery, but the customer must perform customs clearance. The shipping rate in this way is less than the express delivery of a large parcel.

3) Seaport to Seaport

As for sculptures, generally, shipping via the sea is relatively cheap, so you may want to go this way, but shipping will take about four weeks
